Plate Processing and Forming

Shearing: Shearing in thicknesses of up to 1/2" and in lengths up to 20 ft. is performed on our plate shears.

Forming: Complicated bends are no problem on our many Press Brakes. Our 1000 ton Press Brake is capable of handling material up to 30 ft. in length. We have numerous Dies which enable our operators to offer many complex formed products not available at many other shops.

Rolling: We've added a new 1-1/4" x 10'-0 Plate Roll, giving us the the capability to roll gauge material through 1-1/4" and heavier plate.
